JUST IN: Buhari arrives Kaduna to commission locomotives, coaches

President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived in Rigasa, Kaduna State, for the commissioning of new locomotives and coaches for the Abuja-Kaduna Rail Service to bolster the railway system in that part of the country.
