(NAN)The Petroleum Industry Governance Bill (PIGB) has again been passed by the Nigerian Senate nearly two decades after.
The senate passed the bill on Wednesday in Abuja during its plenary.
It is left to see if President Muhammadu Buhari will assent the bill, after he declined to sign the earlier one passed by the seante.
