Former Niger State Governor Babangida Aliyu has said that former President Goodluck Jonathan has been given a waiver to contest the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential primary for the 2027 general elections.
Aliyu, who is a member of the Tanimu Turaki-led PDP NWC Presidential and Gubernatorial Screening Committee, disclosed this on Tuesday in Abuja after the screening exercise.
