The PRO said the exercise was part of the agency’s proactive measures to promote effective waste management and sanitation in the state.

According to him, the gesture is also to ensure that sanitation and hygiene were maintained in all health facilities across the state.

“This is to also ensure that such facilities did not pose threat to the hygiene and wellbeing of staff, patients and visitors,” Sulaiman added.

He, therefore, urged the managements and staff of the facilities to give the agency maximum cooperation for the successful conduct of the exercise. (NAN)
