Former governor of Ogun State, Aremo Olusegun Osoba, has appealed to the Federal government to confer a national honour on the former governor of Lagos State, Alhaji Lateef Jakande.
Osoba, spoke in his capacity as the chairman of the 90th birthday reception in honour of the veteran journalist.
