One of the greatest table tennis players to hail from the African continent, Nigeria’s Quadri Aruna will be a prominent fixture in the battle for international glory at the upcoming Liebherr 2019 ITTF World Table Tennis Championships.

Making Olympic history by becoming the first African table tennis player to reach the quarterfinals at Rio 2016, Quadri Aruna had proven himself against the biggest names at the highest level.

Since his success at the Olympic Games, Quadri Aruna had gone on to become the first player from Nigeria to lift a Men’s Singles trophy at an ITTF Challenge Series event, win a silver medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and gold at the 2018 ITTF-African Championships.

Quadri, alongside other top table tennis stars revealed what make them tick in the documentary titled “Inside My Mind”.
