Iran’s ballistic missile capacity functionally destroyed – White House

Trump

The United States said it has functionally destroyed Iran’s ballistic missile capacity, as the joint Israeli-US offensive on the nation enters its third week.

US President Donald Trump’s White House stated this in a Facebook post on Saturday.

It said there has been a 95 percent decrease in Iran’s drone attacks.

The White House also said more than 90 Iranian vessels have been sunk or destroyed since the conflict began.

According to the post, over 6,000 Iranian targets have been struck.

“Iran’s ballistic missile capacity is functionally destroyed. Their navy assessed combat ineffective. Complete and total aerial dominance over Iran.

“Operation Epic Fury is yielding massive results,” the post reads.

Meanwhile, Al Jazeera reports that
Tehran’s strikes targeted multiple countries in the Gulf, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), late on Friday and into Saturday.

This is as Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said on Saturday that US interests in the UAE, including ports, docks and military locations, are legitimate targets after US forces attacked Iranian islands.
