The International Criminal Police Organisation (INTERPOL) has declared 14 Nigerians wanted for various offences, including human trafficking, drug trafficking, sexual exploitation, robbery, cheating and forgery.
According to Red Notices published on the INTERPOL website, the suspects were declared wanted across different nations.
The suspects include Felix Omoregie, 47 (Belgium), Jessica Esohe Edosomwan , 31 (France), Boniface Uche Egbue, 60 (Argentina), Jude Uzoma Eneh, 51 (Brazil), Festus Chinedu Ezeunara, 39 (Uruguay).
Others are Benedict Okoro, 57 (Nicaragua), Ikechukwu Malahi Obidiozor, 45 (Angola), Alcachi Nwokorie Stanley, 52 (Angola), Akachi Vitus, 40 (Angola), Mary Ezeh, 51 (Denmark), Bouhari Salif, 53 (China).
Also wanted are Butchang Timloh Nkem, 36 (Canada), Da Costa Frankle Austine Costa, 61, and Festus Okromi, 59 (India).
Other News
The Nigerian suspects are among 6,661 persons declared wanted by INTERPOL.
Omoregie is wanted in Belgium for sexual exploitation or exploitation of prostitution of minors over 16 years of age, sexual exploitation or exploitation of prostitution of another person, leading a criminal organisation, and human trafficking for the purpose of prostitution or other forms of sexual exploitation.
Edosomwan is wanted for human trafficking, Ezeunara for trafficking of prohibited narcotics substances, and Egbue for smuggling.
Obidiozor, Stanley and Vitus are all wanted in Angola for kidnapping, robbery and illegal possession of firearms.
Okoro is wanted in Nicaragua for racketeering.
