Collaboration of informants, profiteers and logistics suppliers to terrorists, among other indices, prolonged Boko Haram/IS WAP terror activities in Nigeria’s northeast states to the 13th year, a military commander revealed.
Theatre Commander, Joint Task Force Northeast Operation Hadin Kai, Maj Gen Christopher Musa, disclosed this weekend in an interview with The Sun in Maiduguri, Borno State.
“Collaborators of Boko Haram, their informants and logistics suppliers who make profits from Auch acts, are the one prolonging the insurgency and terrorism in the northeast,” he declared.
He said the theatre was getting such saboteurs, earning people to desist from the acts.
“People going to market to buy foodstuffs, buy petrol in fuel station and transport to terrorists in the bushes, are prolonging this violence,” he disclosed
