Infinix Nigeria, over the weekend, treated customers to discounts, cashbacks and raffle prizes as Afrobeats superstar Davido stormed its flagship store at Jabi Lake Mall, Abuja, drawing massive crowds and boosting sales.
The promo event saw shoppers enjoy price cuts on selected devices, cashback on premium models and raffle draws for household items, as fans trooped in to catch a glimpse of the music star and buy phones at reduced prices.
Exclusive Manager of Infinix Nigeria, Victor Ojetunde, said the event was organised to reward loyal customers during the festive season while leveraging the brand’s partnership with Davido.
“This is a peak sales period, so we decided to bring in our biggest brand ambassador, Davido, to celebrate our customers,” Ojetunde said.
He disclosed that customers who visited the store on the day enjoyed instant incentives. “Any customer that walks in today can buy selected models with a N5,000 discount. We also have cashback for customers purchasing the 50 series or 60 High,” he added.
Ojetunde noted that the presence of Davido had already translated into increased footfall and stronger sales at the Abuja outlet.

Also speaking, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Harmony Group, owners of the Infinix flagship store, Olusegun Adebayo, said the event was aimed at strengthening customer loyalty and enhancing the shopping experience.
“It’s been a wonderful journey with Infinix. Today is about our customers – meeting Davido, vibing with him and enjoying our products,” Adebayo said.
He stressed that the artiste’s visit was not just for publicity but to give customers a memorable experience, while showcasing Infinix devices and promotions.
Adebayo also highlighted after-sales support, warranty coverage and full cashback on selected models as added benefits for buyers, revealing that new smartphone models were unveiled during the event.
He added that the Abuja outlet is the first Infinix flagship store in Nigeria and West Africa, underscoring the brand’s strategic importance to the market.
The event featured a brief appearance by Davido and the distribution of gift packages to shoppers, rounding off a festive shopping experience for customers.
