As the Nigerian Reggae Music Festival goes live between November 11 and 13 at Trade Fair Motel, FESTAC, Lagos, one of the promising artistes the audience will be looking forward to see is the effervescent Emee Freda and her band, Planet 9.
Emee recently signed a two-year contract for promotion and sundry management activities with the organizers of Nigerian Reggae Music Festival, Music Awake Africa Foundation, managed by Prince Emeka Ojukwu.
Excited to showcase her talent before a critical audience, Emee Freda is excited at the opportunity to perform at the Nigerian Reggae Festival. For the artiste, it is really a major step, as this affiliation with Music Africa Awake will launch her career in the right direction. It will also give her the necessary support as a rising independent artiste,
including playing major roles in her career by organizing tours and funding her musical concerts, which will be tagged: ‘Emee Freda and Friends’.
The Nigerian Reggae Music Festival would equally showcase the talents of artistes like Daddy West and Jethro Sheeran.
