Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA boss marks 100 days, promises more democracy dividends

the Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, Onanuga Samson Adeniyi has restated his commitment to the development of all nook and cranny of Ikosi-Ejinrin.
He said his exco adopted stand in line with the commitment of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode to ensure all round development of Lagos State.
Speaking at a ceremony marking his first 100 days in office, Adeniyi said he needed the support of all, especially traditional rulers, community leaders, women and youth as well as staff and management of the LCDA to fulfill his aspiration.
He listed some of his achievements to include the ongoing construction of new and befitting administrative block at the council secretariat, the renovation and opening of the LCDA’s first area office in Ejinrin town, provision of street lights at Mowowale market, Agbowa-Ikosi, provision of boreholes in Ketu town and Ajagbe street, Agbowa-Ikosi as well as poverty alleviation programme for old people, traders and widows.
Present at the ceremonies marking the anniversary was the representative of the governor and member representing Epe constituency in the Lagos House of Assembly, Olusegun Olulade.
Highlights of the event included inaugurating the newly renovated area office at Ejinrin and the presentation of empowerment packages to indigent natives of the council area.
