Iloshe Properties and Investment Limited, a property firm has partnered with Federal Mortgage Bank to make land and housing available to the masses at affordable prices. This was made known during the sixth year anniversary of the company at the weekend.
Its Managing Director, Babajide Oluwatimilehin, said the firm within its six years of existence had been able to deliver 500 plots of land to clients, cooperative societies and organisations and had executed some government projects successfully in Nigeria.
Oluwatimilehin said for the company to stand firm among its peers, it has also performed its corporate social responsibility by giving scholarship to students, who have least hope of going back to school.
He then used the occasion to thank the Chairman, Mike Gbenga Fabiyi, for not giving up on his dreams and also thanked other staff and the firm’s media consultant, Tykins media for their support.
He also revealed that the company would soon diversify into other sectors of the Nigeria economy like oil and gas, travels and tours, hotels among others.
