Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho continued his impressive scoring form this season, scoring twice in Bursaspor’s 2-1 away victory over Manisa on Monday evening.
The former Celtic attacker found the net at the Manisa 19 Mayıs Stadium after Cheikne Sylla had put the hosts ahead in the 20th minute.
Iheanacho restored parity for Bursaspor just seven minutes later, before completing his brace to help the visitors secure all three points.
The Nigerian international skilfully manoeuvred past multiple defenders at the edge of the penalty area before striking the ball past goalkeeper Vedat Karakuş into the bottom corner.

Iheanacho added another goal in stoppage time after the regular 90 minutes, ensuring that the Green Crocodiles claimed all three points.
This brace has extended his impressive scoring streak since the commencement of the 2026/2027 Turkish 1. Lig season following his transfer to the Centennial Atatürk Stadium, with the striker scoring in six consecutive matches.
Overall, the former Celtic striker has scored a total of eight goals and provided two assists in the first six matches of the new season.
The Nigeria international joined the Turkish club during the summer transfer window and has quickly established himself as a key figure in the team’s attack.
