Igwo-Nwako Road Project will transform Cross River, Benue communities –Jarigbe

Senator Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe, lawmaker representing the Northern Senatorial District in Cross River State has said the Igwo-Nwako road project will transform communities in Cross River and Benue states.

Senator Jarigbe disclosed this in Obudu Local Government Area while officially flagging off the construction of the project.

Speaking on behalf of the Senator, Constituency Officer, Egar Mgbantul,  said the project is a dream come true as it will bring relief to the people.

“This project is a long-awaited dream come true for the people of Igwo, Nwako, and adjoining communities in neighboring Benue State, which the road is set to connect.

“Senator Jarigbe is committed to linking producers to markets, workers to jobs, students to schools, and the sick to hospitals through the provision of quality access roads across Cross River North,” Mgbantul stated.

The road project, he added, is designed to open up rural communities, stimulate economic activities, and enhance regional connectivity.

Chief Vincent Iduku, who represented the Clan Head of Igwo Community, conveyed the community’s profound gratitude to Senator Jarigbe for the impactful gesture.

He also  offered prayers for the Senator’s continued success and pledged the community’s unwavering support in all future endeavours.
