ICM Homes and Properties, operating under Ichie Millions Limited, continues to redefine affordable housing and empowerment in Nigeria’s real estate landscape.
Founded just over two years ago, the company has already made a significant impact by providing property ownership opportunities to over 500 Nigerians — including low- and middle-income earners who aspire to own genuine, affordable homes.
The driving force behind this vision, Amb. Engr. Insp. Ojika Ugochukwu, believes real estate remains one of the most secure and rewarding investments, provided the properties are authentic and legally sound.
Guided by this principle, ICM Homes and Properties was established to make property ownership accessible to all Nigerians, fostering both economic inclusion and financial security.
Ojika, an indigene of Ohaji/Egbema in Imo State, is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic, Nekede. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is a dedicated member of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria (VGN) and an Ambassador of the Oodua Association, reflecting his deep commitment to national development and community safety.
In recognition of his visionary leadership and humanitarian service, Ojika Ugochukwu has recently received two distinguished awards:
National Outstanding Leadership Award by the Northern Youth Peace Ambassadors (NYPA) — honoring him as an Icon of Transformation and Peace Ambassador for his exemplary leadership, humanitarian initiatives, and commitment to community development across Nigeria.
Award of Honour and Investiture as Fellow, Associate of Africa Entrepreneur, presented by the Commonwealth of Entrepreneurs in Africa, recognizing his outstanding dedication to entrepreneurship, societal empowerment, and national development.
These honors underscore his growing influence as both a real estate leader and a social reformer committed to the betterment of society.
Looking ahead, ICM Homes and Properties is set to expand its impact further with the official launch of Harmony Estate, Kuje, a residential development designed to provide Nigerians with affordable, secure, and sustainable living spaces. The company also plans to employ 50 young Nigerians starting August 1st, reinforcing its mission to create jobs, empower youth, and stimulate economic growth.
Through innovation, integrity, and service, ICM Homes and Properties continues to prove that owning a home in Nigeria is not just a dream—it’s an achievable reality.
