With speakers and panellists confirmed and registration gathering momentum, the Institute of Change Management (ICM) is putting finishing touches to its 2026 Annual Conference scheduled to hold from September 3 to 4 at NECA House, Central Business District, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.
The two-day conference, with the theme, “Unleashing Change: Accelerating Impact — Harnessing Transformation to Drive Business Excellence and Personal Growth,” will examine how leaders, organisations and individuals can respond effectively to disruption, manage transformation and convert change into sustainable growth.
Group Managing Director of Sahara Group, Kola Adesina, will deliver the keynote address, while the Managing Director of Africa Prudential Plc, Dr. Catherine Nwosu, will be among the leading speakers at the summit.
Other confirmed speakers and panellists include the Immediate Past President of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Barrister Samuel Olushola Agbeluyi; Managing Director of Jeme Technologies, Jeremiah Okoh; Director of Financial Services at the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, Dr Odunayo Ani and Director, Presidential Committee on Economic and Financial Inclusion, Oluseye Olutimayin.
Also on the line-up are Ijeoma Onyenobi, Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Nigeria LNG Limited, and Edidiong Ekwere, Manager, Corporate Transformation Advisory at NLNG.
The conference will bring together distinguished industry leaders, transformation experts, human resources professionals and business executives to share actionable insights on managing change, accelerating impact and achieving sustainable organisational growth.
