ICC T20 World Qualifier: Yellow Greens set to face Kenya in opening game

The last two spots for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 will be decided during the seven-team Africa Regional Qualifier, beginning on Wednesday in Namibia, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Nigeria’s Yellow Greens are among the teams that will be fighting for the slots allocated to Africa, and they’ve been drawn against Kenya in the opening game.

The organisers have officially released the fixtures of the matches on Tuesday morning as the qualifier is set to commence on Wednesday.

After facing Kenya in the first game, the Nigerian side will confront one of the tournament favourites Rwanda in the second game before facing Tanzania in the 3rd game.

They will play Uganda, Zimbabwe, and the host Namibia later in the competition.
