Nigerian product builder and founder Ibrahim Adeleke has continued to distinguish himself in technology and entrepreneurship, building digital products that solve problems across education, healthcare, human resources, logistics, and other sectors.

He has spent nearly a decade developing technology ventures and said his approach to product development was driven by identifying real problems and creating solutions that could improve people’s access to opportunities.

His career has seen him establish and co-found more than five ventures, including Haish Beauty, Edufurther, Truckit, Kopastay, and Chimr. His work has spanned Nigeria and the United States, focusing on using technology to reduce barriers and improve access.

One of his notable ventures is Haish Beauty, an organic cosmetics company he co-founded with his elder sister in 2018. The Nigerian brand sources about 95 per cent of its ingredients locally and was built around the belief that African skin deserves African solutions.

The company served more than 200 customers before Adeleke relocated to the United States for graduate studies.

Haish Beauty also demonstrated resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic when demand for cosmetics declined. The company moved its operations online and diversified into hand sanitiser production. Its efforts earned it a N500,000 Facebook Small Business Grant in 2021 to strengthen its operations and expand its reach across Africa.

Adeleke also co-founded Edufurther, a graduate mentorship platform connecting prospective African students with people who have successfully navigated the graduate application process.

The platform now has more than 1,200 active users across African countries and diaspora communities spanning the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and beyond, and has directly supported 10 students into fully funded graduate programs.

In the United States, Adeleke has worked as a product engineer across healthcare, human resources, workforce development, and artificial intelligence.

On an AI-powered manufacturing talent marketplace backed by the Notre Dame 1842 Fund, he has developed products for more than 20 enterprise customers, including AI-powered skills assessments, resume-parsing tools, electronic signature systems, and funding application workflows.

He also worked on a hiring and worker-development pipeline serving more than 20 construction and manufacturing companies and thousands of users. In another project involving workforce boards, he worked on a case-management system targeting between $10 billion and $30 billion in annual federal WIOA training funds that can remain undisbursed because of application barriers and process friction.

At Fox’s Holistic Care, where he served as IT Project Manager and Automation Lead, Adeleke built an AI voice-call agent in under three months. The system reduced missed patient calls by 80 per cent, while automation of patient inquiries and scheduling workflows contributed to a 140 per cent increase in monthly patient acquisition, Adeleke said.

His academic achievements have also been notable. Adeleke graduated among the top two students in his department at the University of Lagos in 2018 and completed a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology at Wilmington University in the United States in June 2026, graduating in the top one per cent of his class. He also holds professional certifications from leading technology organisations, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure AI Associate, Oracle Generative AI Professional, Oracle AI Vector Search, Certified Scrum Master, and Certified Product Owner qualifications.

Beyond his ventures and professional work, Adeleke serves as a facilitator and organiser for the Delaware chapter of ProductTank North America, a global community for product professionals. He is also developing Chimr, an AI-powered marketing platform designed to help small and medium-sized businesses maintain a stronger local digital presence.

His stated mission is to “contribute to value creation by building products that empower people and democratize access to opportunity.”
