Ruben Amorim has spoken following Manchester United’s loss to Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford during the weekend.
The Red Devils suffered a shocking 3-2 defeat following a lacklustre performance from the team and goalkeeper Andre Onana.
Speaking on the encounter, United boss Amorim acknowledged the long journey ahead and noted that improvement was needed.
He also disclosed that he had worse while coaching Sporting Lisbon and that the experience at Manchester United was bigger.

“We already knew it would be a long journey but we want to win. It’s a massive job. We need to improve on a lot of things.
“I had this and worse at Sporting at the beginning. Manchester United is bigger because of the attention but the feeling for me is the same.
“It happens in a lot of squads, but you need to keep doing the same things and it will turn around.”
