“I congratulate Alhaji Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO) on his emergence as the APC governorship candidate. I am confident that he will leverage his experience to unite aggrieved party members for the party’s success in the upcoming election,” Ajisope stated.
He reiterated the importance of Tinubu’s intervention, describing it as both timely and appropriate, noting that it prevented clashes and issues that might have arisen post-primary.
“This is a chance for dissatisfied members, especially those who have left, to return to the party and contribute to our collective victory in the forthcoming governorship election,” Ajisope added.
The initiative urged other aggrieved members to take inspiration from the aspirants who prioritised the general interest over personal ambitions. “Their actions reflect a genuine love for the party and a desire for its success,” he stated.
