How Queen Juliet’s life changed at Brainjotter’s “Outside the Box” comedy show

In an unforgettable night of enjoyment, Queen Juliet, a woman who uses crutches, received a life-changing donation of N30 million at Brainjotter’s “Outside the Box” comedy show held at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja.

The event, hosted by renowned comedian and actor Chukwuebuka Emmanuel Amuzie, popularly known as Brainjotter, was a sold-out success, with a star-studded lineup of comedians and a packed audience. Queen Juliet, who had purchased a regular ticket for N10,000, was invited on stage by Brainjotter, who initially intended to give her a gift of N1 million.

However, the moment sparked a chain reaction of generosity from the audience, with various individuals and organizations donating cash and other gifts. The Yahaya Seriki Foundation donated N10 million, Tokyo Club donated N4 million, Kafiano Motors and Testia Restaurant also made significant donations, and other donors gave dollar-denominated cash.

Transcorp Hilton offered her a complimentary night’s stay, and another organisation promised an all-expense-paid international trip to Canada for further medical examination on her legs. Brainjotter’s “Outside the Box” show has been hailed as one of the most attended and highest single empowerment comedy shows in the recent history of Abuja.
