The Nigeria Handball Federation under Samuel Ocheho has confirmed the period the second phase of the league will take place, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The first phase of the league which was held in Benin, Edo State ended last week with Tojemarine Academy leading the male teams while Safety Babes top the female category.
Ocheho confirmed that the second phase will come up in October 2024 and it will be held in Lagos.
Tojemarine finished with 33 points to top the log following their 36-26 victory over Benue Buffaloes on the final day.
In the women’s category who are unbeaten in almost 2 years are still leading the league table with 27 points.
