The Managing Director of Hadejia Jama’are River Basin Development Authority (HJRBDA), Rabiu Suleiman Bichi, has declared that the All Progressives Congress (APC) would sweep the votes of Kano State in the 2027 general elections.
He particularly asserted that President Ahmed Bola Tinubu would overwhelmingly win the votes of the people of the state in the next general elections.
Bichi, who spoke at a dinner organised by the Coalition of APC Youth Movement (CAYM) in Kano, insisted that the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) had become unpopular in the state due to its policies that are against the people.

Bichi, who was the Director General of the Kano State APC governorship campaign structure, affirmed that the APC was already mobilising its supporters, including the youths, to deliver the party and President Tinubu at the polls in 2027.
He accused the Kano State government of not only throwing away the programmes initiated by Ganduje but also destroying the economy of the state by embarking on the demolition of properties belonging to the people of the state.
“Within three days after their inauguration, the governor ordered the destruction of properties worth billions belonging to the people of the state. He has thrown away every progressive policy or programme initiated by the Ganduje/Gawuna administration.”
“I just want to assure President Bola Tinubu and Dr. Ganduje that the people of Kano State are really tired of the current administration in the state. Everyone is just waiting for the time to pay back what the Yusuf government has done to them—to vote the administration out.”
