Perturbed by the economic hardship Nigerians are facing currently, Kingdom Apostolic Revival Ministries (KARM) in collaboration with Apostles in the MarketPlace (AiMP) Network and EndTimes Revival Ministries (ERM), move to empower some Nigerians in order to quell the situation.
The group emphasised the need for Nigerians to embrace their resilient spirit and work collectively, beyond waiting for government’s intervention, to address the social problems facing the country.
Moreso, the event will officially commence on Thursday, February 1st in Lagos at The Redeemed Evangelical Mission, church Headquarters with a Women’s Conference themed “The Rising Woman”.
“Mission To West Africa (MTWA) 2024 Conference is committed to promoting a world-wide move of God by emphasizing God’s Transformative vision for Nigeria.
‘MTWA 2024 Conference is organized by KARM, AMP and ERM with the theme “Equipping the Equippers,” aimed at empowering Pastors, Church Leaders, Christian leaders, and professionals in the marketplace to play a pivotal role in advancing the Kingdom of God and addressing the challenges faced by Nigeria.
‘The Conference which centers around the three’Rs’: Repentance, Responsibility and Redemption has a distinguished lineup of facilitators/soeakers, including Dr. Mike Okonkwo, Rev. Carter Conlon, Pastor Teresa Conlon, Pastor Nick Cassidy, Pastor Kathryn Cassidy, Pastor Ibukun Awosika, Apostle Esther Ibanga,Dr. Peace Okonkwo, and Apostle John Enelamah among others. This Conference brings together minds committed to the mission of nation building and the transormation of the Nigerian nation.
However, the key objectives of MTWA 2024 includes:
To highlight the global leadership role of the Nigerian Church, to put the Gospel of the Kingdom centre stage in Nigerian Christianity, and go equip Nigerian Pastors and Christians to export the Gospel of the Kingdom to the ends of the earth.
Also, the conference comes at a critical juncture in Nigeria’s history, a nation facing challenges such as widespread poverty, corruption, and a need for transformational leadership. The organizers of MTWA 2024 believe that the solution to these challenges in the emergence of visionary leaders committed to driving sustainable reforms and fostering inclusive growth and prosperity.
As Pa Sydney Granville Elton prophesied, Nigerians and Nigeria will first be known for corruption and then for righteousness, however the Nigerian Church has a pivotal role tonplay.
