Niger State Governor Rt Hon Mohammed Umaru Bago has described the Speaker of the State House of Assembly as a vibrant and hardworking leader who has piloted the affairs of the 10th Assembly without any rancour.
In a birthday message by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the Governor stated that the Speaker has demonstrated leadership qualities and a high sense of responsibility in managing the legislative arm of government.

Governor Bago acknowledged the Speaker’s passion, purpose, and commitment to ensuring that the 10th Assembly remains vibrant and effective in its legislative work. He commended the Speaker for his mobilisation skills, which have helped other lawmakers to produce quality legislation aimed at supporting the executive and ensuring the realisation of the New Niger agenda of the current administration.
He also praised the existing cordial relationship between the Executive and Legislative Arms of government and pledged to deepen the relationship further.
The Governor thanked God for the Speaker’s life and prayed that God would bless him with many more years, wisdom, sound health, and vitality to continue providing purposeful leadership to his constituency and the State Assembly, in support of the state’s developmental goals.
