Gov Masari bags the award of Courage in Leadership

Governor Aminu Bello Masari of Katsina State, emerged as winner of the award on Courage in Leadership at The Sun 2016 award ceremony. The award was presented by former Secretary General of the Commonwealth, Chief Emeka Anyaoku.
