Gombe State Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has officially inaugurated the All Progressives Congress (APC) digital membership registration exercise in the state, marking a step towards strengthening the party’s grassroots structure.
Speaking shortly after completing his registration, the Governor directed all APC members to proceed to their respective wards to register, underscoring the importance of full participation in the exercise.
Governor Yahaya emphasised that possession of a valid Permanent Voter Card (PVC) and National Identity Number (NIN) is mandatory for recognition as a bona fide member of the party. He urged members and supporters to ensure their PVCs are updated ahead of the registration process, noting that compliance is non-negotiable.

He called on party faithful to adhere strictly to the guidelines, stressing that effective participation is critical to consolidating the APC’s electoral strength and ensuring sustained success at all levels.
The Governor also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for what he described as purposeful leadership, impactful policies, and programmes that are repositioning the country and reinforcing the APC’s standing as the ruling party.
Earlier, the APC Chairman in Gombe State, Mr Nitte Amangal, assured that the digital registration exercise would be implemented across all 114 wards in the state. He urged party members to register promptly in their wards to guarantee a seamless and credible process.
