Glo congratulates Muslims at Eid-El-Fitr, calls for national unity

Telecommunications company, Globacom, has sent a congratulatory message to Muslims in Nigeria on the occasion of the 2026 Eid-El-Fitr festival.

The event marks the successful completion of the 30-day Ramadan fast which is one of the pillars of Islam.

In a goodwill message issued in Lagos, Globacom noted that love, sacrifice, and unity were central to the continued wellness of the country.

Globacom saluted the resilience and devotion exhibited by the Muslim faithful during the fasting period urging them to “use Eid-El-Fitri as a moment to reflect on their spiritual journey, promote the spirit of being one’s brother’s keeper, regardless of faith or background, and make sacrifices towards building a more prosperous and peaceful nation for all”.

​According to Globacom, “Ramadan should serve as a springboard for continued personal growth”.

The technology company urged its teeming subscribers to use the network’s innovative and affordable data and voice offerings to enhance their festive experience.
