Genk is insisting on selling Paul Onuachu in the transfer window for “the right price” or else keep hold of him till at least the end of the season, when they hope to have won their Belgian league championship.
Genk sports director Dimitri De Conde made it clear they will hold on to their key players, but could make an exception for Onuachu in this window should they get an offer that matches their own valuation of the player.

However, their 12 million euros offer falls far short of their own valuation of the player, which has been put at over 20 million euros (N9b).
Onuachu is valued at 15 million euros on the transfer market.
