Ogbue Angel’s story is one of ambition, determination, and a passion for creativity. Born in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria, Angel grew up in a large family as the youngest child. Despite her humble beginnings, she has risen to become the founder of Mac Angeloh Ventures, a successful real estate company, and has even ventured into the world of filmmaking.
Angel’s path to success was far from easy. After losing her parents at a young age, she was forced to enter the workforce early to help fill the gap left by their absence. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for real estate. “I had to start working early to support myself, and real estate seemed like a field where I could really make an impact,” Angel stated.
Since founding Mac Angeloh Ventures in 2009, Angel has grown the company into a well-respected name in Nigeria’s property consulting and development sector. Her firm is known for its commitment to delivering high-quality projects and putting clients first. “One thing I’ve always believed in is giving people value for their money,” Angel explained. “That’s what has driven me from the start.”
But Angel’s ambitions didn’t stop at real estate. Her love for creativity led her to pursue another passion—filmmaking. She took a course at the prestigious New York Film Academy, where she honed her skills in directing and storytelling. “I’ve always loved the art of filmmaking,” Angel shared. “It’s another way for me to express myself and bring ideas to life.”
Balancing both careers hasn’t been easy, but Angel sees them as complementary. Her creative approach to real estate development has helped her bring fresh ideas to the table, while her work in film allows her to tap into her imaginative side. “In both real estate and filmmaking, you need vision. You need to see the bigger picture and work towards it step by step,” she said.
Today, Angel continues to make strides in both industries. She’s focused on expanding her real estate business while also exploring new opportunities in the film world, showing that it’s possible to pursue multiple passions and succeed in them all.
