Frank Igbojindu, the Group Managing Director of Akpoazaa Group and CEO of Best Brain Contest, has officially announced the date for the 3rd Edition of the BBC Anambra State Mathematics and Igbo Quiz Competition for Senior Secondary Schools. The event is set to take place on December 9, 2023, at the Prof Kenneth Dike Library in Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria.
The quiz competition, a flagship initiative of Best Brain Contest, aims to challenge students from both private and public schools in Anambra State, testing their knowledge in Mathematics and proficiency in the Igbo language.
Best Brain Contest’s Anambra State Quiz Competition has consistently been a platform for promoting the cultural heritage of the people, and this year’s edition is no exception.
Speaking to the press, Frank Igbojindu emphasized the specific objective of Best Brain Contest, stating, “Education, as the bedrock of every society, deserves attention and support from all stakeholders.” He pledged to continue promoting education through Best Brain Contest, an organization specializing in scholarship examinations, quiz competitions, spelling bees, debates, seminars, and other educational programs.
In recent months, Best Brain Contest has organized scholarship examinations in collaboration with IG Aguowo Health and Academic Foundation, inducting approximately 150 students into their scholarship scheme. Additionally, the organization was commissioned by De Imperial Philanthropic Family to conduct a scholarship examination for JS1 students from public secondary schools in Southeast Nigeria, with plans to select 250 beneficiaries for their scholarship scheme. The scholarship exercise, unveiled on November 4, 2023, in Awka, will commence with Anambra students on November 18, 2023, at St John of God Secondary School in Awka.
