The Louis Love Nest Foundation, a global humanitarian non-governmental organisation, has announced a free 31-day online training programme for teenagers across sub-Saharan Africa.

The programme, tagged Project STEAM 3.0, will commence on October 1, 2026, and expose participants to entrepreneurship, Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital skills, business development, professional development and health education.

Chairman and Media Strategist of the foundation, Coach Ndali Modebe, disclosed this to newsmen in Enugu on Thursday.

Modebe said the initiative was designed to provide young people with practical knowledge, mentorship and opportunities to prepare for the future of work while encouraging them to become active contributors to Africa’s emerging economy.

According to her, Project STEAM 3.0 was convened by her, Public Health Physician, Prof. Ifeoma Modebe, and the Iodine Team.

She said the programme brings together education, empowerment, nutrition, entrepreneurship and industrialisation, creating a platform where young people, professionals, entrepreneurs and health experts can learn, interact and translate knowledge into action.

“What happens when entrepreneurship education, Artificial Intelligence, digital skills, public health, mentorship and community service come together on one platform for teenagers?

“That question is at the heart of Project STEAM 3.0, a 31-day initiative launching on October 1, 2026, by the Louis Love Nest Foundation, featuring Project STEAM for Teenz as a major new component,” she said.

Modebe explained that STEAM for Teenz would give teenagers early access to professional mentorship, digital knowledge and discussions on emerging opportunities.

“For teenagers, STEAM for Teenz provides early access to professional mentorship, digital knowledge and conversations about the future of work. It encourages them to ask questions, explore possibilities and see themselves as contributors to Africa’s future economy,” she said.

She added that entrepreneurs and professionals would also have the opportunity to share their experiences and engage with young people who would shape Africa’s future.

AI, digital skills and public health
Modebe said a major feature of Project STEAM 3.0 was the integration of technology and entrepreneurship with public health education.

She said the programme would include the Iodine Project, which would continue the foundation’s iodine-awareness activities while honouring the legacy of Professor Louis Onuorah Victor Ekpechi, renowned for his contributions to the study of iodine deficiency disorders and endocrinology.

She added that the programme would also feature World Iodine Day education and a World Iodine Day Workshop, with participation from Dominion City Adenta, Ghana, and the Nigerian Medical Association.

According to her, the initiative would also extend beyond training through the Show Love Outreach, with the 2026 edition focusing on women in prison.

“The 2026 edition will focus on women in prison, bringing together professionals, volunteers and sponsors to provide health education, counselling, mentorship and donations,” she said.

The woman behind the initiative
At the centre of Project STEAM 3.0 is Coach Ndali Modebe, a media and communications professional, entrepreneur, coach and community development advocate with more than two decades of experience in broadcasting and media.
Her work spans media, entrepreneurship, education, wellness, digital skills and humanitarian service.

Describing the philosophy behind the initiative, Modebe said: “The next generation deserves a seat at the table.”

Project STEAM 3.0 will commence on October 1, 2026, and run for 31 days.

Teenagers and other eligible participants interested in the free online training are advised to register through the Louis Love Nest Foundation’s official contact number.
