Fortreal Rei Limited, founded as a brokerage firm in the city of Benin, has grown into one of Abuja and Nigeria’s fastest-emerging real estate brands, marking its fifth anniversary with renewed ambition for national and global expansion.
The company, registered in November 2020 at the height of economic uncertainty, has built a unique model that merges real estate development with structured wealth creation and impact. Today, Fortreal operates across multiple segments: brokerage, estate development, construction, investment advisory, training, and corporate consultancy.
Its latest project, Avana Grove Estate by Fortreal in Karshi, served as the venue for the anniversary celebration. Staff members, investors, realtors, Stakeholders and partners gathered to honor a company that transitioned from a struggling startup to a rising force in real estate development.
During his anniversary address, the Group Managing Director, Raymond Ijeomah Esq., shared insights on the company’s trajectory:
“We started with nothing. I registered this company after losing my savings during COVID. Today, we have over four years of brokerage success, more than three years of real estate education and training, and over a year in active estate development. The journey has been nothing but God and Grace.”
