The immediate past Lady Captain of the University of Benin Teaching Hospital Golf Club, ESV Peace Irobosa Irabor, has joined the elite ranks of professionals at the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
She was formally inducted at an elaborate ceremony held at the Podium Event Centre in Lagos alongside 538 others elevated to the professional cadre.
Speaking on her achievement, Mrs. Irabor expressed immense joy, noting that her career as a surveyor and valuer played a significant role in drawing her into the game of golf.“After work, golf gives me a sense of relief. Walking through the golf course feels like assessing land and assigning value to it. I’m excited because my profession connects naturally with the game I love,” she said.
She added that golf has taken her to several states, creating both sporting and professional opportunities. “Golf is a sport I’m fully committed to, and it does not interfere with my job,” she emphasized.
Other newly inducted members of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers include Ilebode Queen Egheohi, Godwin Ohiole Ikhuoshio, Ikpunuekhai Leon, Enuneku Anthony Chukubueze, Oriabure Osagie Emmanuel, Blessing Agbonkwuami Ovioisa, and Oviasogie Osaro Rex.
