FirstBank Nigeria has announced plans to host its third-quarter SMEConnect Webinar on September 9, 2026, with a focus on helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) attract customers, increase sales and grow revenue.
The webinar, themed “The SME Growth Blueprint: Practical Sales Strategies to Win Customers and Boost Revenue,” will provide business owners and entrepreneurs with practical strategies for improving brand visibility, customer acquisition, sales conversion and customer loyalty.
The bank said the SMEConnect platform, anchored on its “You First” brand promise, is designed to provide SMEs with practical knowledge, market insights and access to financial and advisory solutions.
The session will feature Helen Mojisola Ijaola, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Bags Warehouse; Onome Gbenga-Adewara, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mamalicious Products Nigeria; and Olusola Ogunsakin, Group Head, Retail Banking Group, FirstBank.
Helen A. Willie, Head, SME Banking, FirstBank, will host the webinar, while Olajumoke Moyo-Ladipo, Team Lead, SME Engagement & Advisory, FirstBank, will moderate the session.
Speaking ahead of the event, Chuma Ezirim, Group Executive, e-Business and Retail Products, FirstBank, said SMEs needed practical strategies to turn their products and services into sustainable revenue.
