1159 Realty has unveiled a new residential development, NOVA HEIGHTS, in Lekki Scheme II, Abraham Adesanya, Lagos.

The development was unveiled at the company’s Realtors Escape event, which brought together real estate professionals from Lagos, Oyo and Ogun states.

The company’s Managing Director, Comfort Olugbami, said the project was part of its expansion into the Lagos property market.

“NOVA HEIGHTS represents an important chapter in our journey as a company. We have always believed that real estate should be more accessible, more intentional, and more responsive to the aspirations of the people buying into it,” Olugbami said.

She added that the company intended to work with real estate agents familiar with the market and the needs of prospective property buyers.

Olugbami also stressed the importance of maintaining standards in property development and customer service.

“We are very obsessed with excellence. We believe that when things are done properly, you can guarantee that your clients will have the best experience when it comes to property,” she said.

The company said its pre-launch activities for NOVA HEIGHTS would continue through December 2026, with sales expected to begin in January 2027. It also plans to organise site inspections for real estate agents ahead of the commencement of sales.

Founded in 2021, 1159 Realty operates in land banking, property development and agro-real estate. Its existing projects include Cisca Villa in Ibadan and Johnny’s Gate II in Malete.

The company has also introduced a resale platform through which existing clients can list fully paid properties for sale.
Speaking on the Lagos development, Olugbami said the company intended to establish a presence in the market beyond offering a property for sale.

“We are not entering Lagos simply to say that we have a Lagos property,” she said.

“We are entering with the ambition to build something people can identify with, believe in, and ultimately call home.”
