Springpet Development Limited has unveiled a seven-year growth plan covering 2026 to 2032, with job creation, enterprise development and community impact identified as key areas of focus.
The roadmap was unveiled by the company’s Group Managing Director, Dr Kenneth Reginald, who said the organisation would focus on developing the people and systems needed to support its long-term growth.
The plan is structured around five areas: people, enterprise, finance, innovation and impact. It also identifies seven stages of development — Build, Grow, Innovate, Scale, Sustain, Transform and Impact.
The company said its growth target includes building a business valued at ₦100 billion by 2032, alongside efforts to create employment opportunities, develop people and strengthen institutions.
Reginald said the company’s long-term objectives would extend beyond its commercial activities to include contributions to surrounding communities.
The event was attended by several business and industry figures, including Pastor Richard Attah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Spring26 Construction Limited; Dr Kingsley Ekanosetale, GMD/CEO of Keysight Group; Mr Tayo Adekoya, CEO of Adept Lessor; Queen Esther Adino, Group Head, Commercial and Retail Banking at Nova Bank; and Captain Tobi Akerele, CEO of Gigi Company.
The roadmap is expected to guide the firm’s operations and investment priorities through 2032.
