MyCard Tech Solution Limited has reinforced its leadership structure with the appointment of respected corporate governance expert and financial strategist, Aderemi A. Fagbemi, to its Board of Directors.

Fagbemi brings extensive experience in board leadership, financial oversight, strategic advisory services, and corporate governance. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Directors (MCIoD). She has also completed executive education programmes at the Harvard Kennedy School and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Digital Space Capital and as a Board Advisor to Oikus Proptech, where she has earned recognition for promoting sound corporate governance, institutional accountability, and sustainable business growth.
