Timeless Assets Ltd has rewarded top-performing realtors, partners and staff with cars, plots of land and other incentives at a recognition ceremony held at its corporate headquarters in Lekki, Lagos.
The event, which took place over the weekend, recognised outstanding contributions across several categories, while the Best Staff member received a brand-new car as part of the awards.

The company, a real estate and asset development company providing property and investment services, said the initiative was aimed at recognising performance and encouraging a high-performance culture within the organisation. It added that recipients were selected based on sales results, commitment to duty, client relations and contributions to business growth and brand visibility.
Speaking at the ceremony, the chief executive officer of Timeless Assets Ltd, Damola Adewusi, said the company placed importance on rewarding hard work, consistency and loyalty. He said staff, partners and clients had played a key role in the company’s growth.
Among those recognised as Best Realtors were Wisdom Friday, Collins Eronmonsele, David Godswill and Austin Igiebor.
The ceremony, held on February 7, was attended by company executives, staff, partners and industry stakeholders. Timeless Assets Ltd said the awards form part of a broader strategy to improve staff motivation and welfare within Nigeria’s real estate sector.
