B.O.S.S Resources & Consults Ltd opened its 10th-anniversary celebration in Owerri on Friday with a major staff reward, presenting Mr. Chima Phillips with a brand-new car after he emerged as the Best Employee of the Decade.
The presentation capped a black-tie dinner marking the milestone of the business development firm founded in 2016. From a start-up consultancy, B.O.S.S. has grown into a multidisciplinary firm with headquarters in Owerri, a South-West office in Lagos, and a dedicated Abuja team.
Executive Director Chief Sir Francis Owums, MBA, stated that the company’s mission remains to build profitable, sustainable enterprises capable of outliving their founders.

In its 10-year report, B.O.S.S. revealed it has developed 104 businesses from scratch, provided advisory services to over 1,000 enterprises, and registered and legalized more than 2,300 businesses. The firm now employs a full-time team of 30 professionals and actively manages 39 businesses across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Asaba, Umuahia, Awka, Enugu, Owerri, and Ilorin.
Chief Owums noted that B.O.S.S. offers end-to-end services rather than stopping at advisory work.
“Our vision is to become the bridge through which Nigerians in the diaspora can confidently establish, own, and grow successful businesses in Nigeria while continuing to live and work abroad,” Chief Owums said.
