Young Nigerians gathered in their droves recently to be empowered at the real estate workshop organised by 27th Development Limited, a company at the forefront of real estate, investment and technology sectors.

In his speech titled ‘Journey through Lagos’s Rich Real Estate History, the Olu of Orile-Ilawo, Oba (Prof.) Alexander Olusegun MacGregor, who is also the chairman MacGregor Heritage Foundation encouraged the realtors to invest in land and make it better than they saw it.

For his part, Aare Tunde Debayo Doherty, executive director, 27th Development, spoke on the topic ‘The Legal Perspective of Real Estate.’’ He noted that the recent demolition going on in Lagos is happening because people fail to do due diligence.”

Explaining the impact the workshop will make in the lives of the attendees, Samuel Williams Founder of 27th Development said: “The 27th Development Academy Workshop is tailored for associates, realtors and anyone aspiring to join the real estate industry. Starting out as a realtor there were not so many platforms for me to learn, interact, have”” conversations as a realtor. So transitioning from a real estate agent to a developer, I thought it wise to create this initiative for our realtors , realtors aspiring to join 27th Development.I see this becoming the biggest real estate academy workshop in the whole of Nigeria”.
