Festus Osifo born in Benin City, Edo state. He is a well-known Nigerian engineer and civil servant who is currently serving as President of Petroleum & Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) And Trade Union Congress (TUC). He holds a first-class degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from University of Portsmouth UK. An engineer with 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry both in Schlumberger Nigeria Limited and Total Energies Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited.
He is the CEO and founder of Save Our Children Education Initiative (SOCEI). He is also a member of different bodies and organizations including the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE), Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN), and Society for Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
Also he held various board positions in different organizations including a board member of HEIWA Africa, a board member of the Petroleum Product Pricing and Regulatory Agency (PPPRA), a board member of Nigeria Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative (NEITI), and many others.
