Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has set a new Premier League record after registering his 21st assist of the 2025-26 season on the final day against Brighton & Hove Albion.
The Portugal international delivered a precise corner that was headed home by Patrick Dorgu in the 33rd minute to seal the historic milestone.
Fernandes had already equalled the long-standing record of 20 assists in a single campaign, previously shared by Arsenal legend Thierry Henry and Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne.
