FEC honours Clark, Oyagbola with a minute silence

In a solemn gesture, the Federal Executive Council, presided over by President Bola Tinubu, observed a minute of silence to honour the memories of two former ministers who passed away last month.

The late Edwin Clark, a former Federal Commissioner for Information, was 97, and Adenike Oyagbola, the country’s first female cabinet minister, was 94.

Permanent Secretary Cabinet Affairs Office, Emanso Okop, who represented Secretary to the Government of Federation, made the announcement before the commencement of the meeting.
