The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command said it has arrested 11 suspected kidnappers terrorizing residents of Kwaita-Kwali, Kuje, Bwari and Karshi axis of the territory. The command also announced the rescue of a 10-year-old boy from his abductors.
