FC Robo thrashes Confluence Queen 4-0 to pick Super Six slot

FC Robo Queens of Lagos State yesterday picked a slot for the Super Six.

The team, coached by Emmanuel Osahon, beat visiting Confluence Queens of Kogi State 4-0 to book a passage to the Nigeria Women Football League Super Six.

Super substitute, Rukayat Oladiti scored a brace for the Lagos side in the pulsating game played at the Legacy Pitch National Stadium, Surulere.

Folshade Ijamilusi broke the deadlock with her 44th minute strike to put the home team in front. Another goal came in for the home side in the 46th minute of second half with assist from Rukayat Shobowale.

Rukayat Oladiti was assisted by Shukura Oladipo to make it 3-0 for the home in the 57th minute. She wrapped up the tally with a 77th minute volley with an assist from Esther Onyenedize to seal up victory for Robo Queens.
