The Eze Ndigbo Ifako Ijaiye, Eze Michael Ezekwobi (Oyiomanatumba Ndigbo Gbagburugburu) has called on the Federal Government to evolve policies that would entrench good governance in the country.
In a statement, the Royal Father said that with the hardship in the land, it was time for the government to look inward and arrange for palliative that would help alleviate suffering of the masses.
While commending the federal government for ensuring that Nigerians enjoyed yultide without fuel scarcity, Ezekwobi urges that the federal government ensured that there won’t be a fuel hike as being rumored across the land.
On the insecurity with killings on the plateau, Ezekwobi, while praying for repose of souls of victims called onnthe Federal and state government to look inwards and find permanent solutions to the crisis.
On his agenda for FG in 2024, the Royal Father tasked FG on poverty alleviation, adequate security, and affordable health care, adding that if these measures are taken, Nigerians will smile.
