EzeIgbo Ghana congratulates  Igwe of Umuna on his new position as chairman of AOCTRON

Following his emergence as Chairman of the South East  Association of Christian Traditional Rulers of Nigeria (AOCTRON); the Igbo diaspora king in the Republic of Ghana, His Royal Majesty Eze (Dr.) Amb. Chukwudi Jude Ihenetu, has joined family members,  traditional rulers,  and well meaning Nigerians to congratulate Igwe of Umuna, HRM Eze (Dr.) Douglas Okwara (Okwarachukwu IV),  describing the  new position as well deserved and a profound testament to the divine favour that has guided Eze  Okwara’s sterling leadership and traditional stool.

 

 

In a statement he signed at his revered Obiukwu,  ObiIgbo, Obieziokwu royal palace in Ghana  and made available to his Director on Media Strategy & Communications, Njoku Macdonald Obinna: Eze Ihenetu was captured  to have said;

“ My dear royal  father,  Eze Dr. Douglas Okwara (Okwarachukwu IV) , I feel most elated to send you this heartwarming congratulatory message over your seamless emergence as Southeast Chairman of Association of Christian  Traditional Rulers of Nigeria (AOCTRON);  wherein, prominent traditional rulers across  the country  converged in Porthacourt, Rivers State, to unanimously elect you the chairman in a bid to foster traditional diplomacy in Nigeria, national cohesion, peaceful coexistence, and religious tolerance among traditional rulers.

I have no doubt,  that you shall deliver on this onerous national assignment; judging by your leadership pedigree, impeccable records of selfless public and community services, sense of unity of purpose as a team leader and bridge builder. As you assume office to this effect, I pray God Almighty to give you the wisdom of King Solomon and the leadership insight of King David to  lead the association right.

HRM Eze Dr. Douglas Okwara has continued to leverage his powerful traditional stool in Umuna, Orlu, Imo State, to preach peace, attract government presence while championing the cause of  galvanizing the supports of  Orlu prominent sons and daughters living abroad to develop home through direct investment.
