Anthropic’s “Mythos”, a newly unveiled AI model from Anthropic has triggered global concern because of its unprecedented ability to autonomously identify and exploit cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
Speaking on Anthropic’s “Mythos”, Dr. Maxwell Nzekwe, an accomplished professional and entrepreneur with a passion for innovation, said it is not a cultural myth but a real technology whose impact is already being felt in finance, policy, and security circles worldwide.
Developed by Anthropic, the AI safety company behind Claude, Mythos was launched in April 2026, originally designed as part of the Claude family to perform advanced reasoning and coding tasks.
He said Mythos can autonomously detect and exploit “zero day” vulnerabilities across major operating systems and browser.
